Q.

my baby girl is 2 months her birth weight was 3.07 now her weight is 3.990 can someone share how to increase her weight just by breastfeeding I don't want to give her formula feed

A. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule ouht the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritionalj anemia and some other factors like malabsorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .

A. It’s a decent in a weight for the child child we expect a child to gain at least 4 to 500 g a month since if your child has gained approximately 800 g that’s decent enough continue breastfeeding the child and still if the vegan is not proper than you have to shift to formula feed
