My baby girl is 2 months and 20 days old . Can we start using baby carrier . Is there any risk on her spinal cord by holding her upright for longer period

You can start using it from the first day of birth itself but you have to be 100% sure that the baby carrier that you are using is an ergonomic one.if you don’t use ergonomic one there will be issues.
