My baby girl is 2.5 month old and she is pooping after every formula feed

This is normal in babies to pass out motion after every feed. This is because of immature digestive system. It will be fine as baby grows up. If ur baby is active and comfortable, taking proper feed, gaining weight, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, then no need to worry. Take care
