my baby girl is 1year old she s is having temperature 100 from last one day she is urinating very less quantity urinating frequently is this okay? can anyone pls tell me I'm worried

Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance immediately in this matter. Complete the course of treatment only as advised by the doctor.
