my baby girl is 16 month old. her weight is slowly increasing that is now 8.7 kg and height is 75 cm, she is eating but not increasing Weight . is it OK

Mam your child is eating well that’s what you are mentioning so despite of that if the child is not gaining weight it is not good because the body is not registering and accepting the food as it should have been there because your child has good diet which associated with indigestion constipation or nutrition deficiency I think it’s good for you to consult the doctor
