my baby girl is 12 days old, got tiny pimples on cheeks. what can be done?

A. hello my daughter also got same problem of pimples .. It got resolved on its own when she was 1 month old.

A. hi even my baby has same problem.. elders said its our heat that causes pimples on baby face.. drink buttermilk and other drinks that cools your body my doctor suggested calamine lotion after bath.. I tried both but it took 10 days to see results..

A. hi apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it keep that area clean avoid using any other cosmetics. maintain good hygiene
