my baby girl is 11 month old and she making smelliy liquid green colour poty 4 to 5 times in a day i giving her entergermine ampule suspension what can i do please give me suggestions

Hello ma’am If you believe that there is too much of stink into the motion of your child and it could be due to stomach infection I would just advise you to consult your doctor ones and if needed go for a proper stool test as once the report comes you will probably come to know the right reason behind it and after that only anything can be suggested to you
