My baby girl is 10 months old. She's teething, so what are the best foods which can be given in summers? Also can dates be used in meal during summers?

A. Dates of course can be used and there is no specific way as from the age of nine months onwards we suggested to give everything made at home but if you feel something more would be convenient for the child and it would be more of a liquid-based diet
