my baby girl is 10 months 16 days old ... recently we conduct a tonsure and ear piercing function before one week ...before 2 days we came from my native and settled in my house ...from that day my baby was feeling uncomfortable also not eating well ...always crying for unknown reasons ... intermittent fever present ...always looking drowsy ...i had given paracetamol for two days for fever ...I felt drowsiness is due to paracetamol drops so I stopped ...now also she was like this only ...at present no fever is present
