Q.
My baby girl is 10.800kg ,she eats properly but why she is not getting weight. But daily she go toilet 2or 3time a day…is that a reason?

Maybe your child is deficit of iron and vitamin vitamins because that is definitely one reason where you can see that even after eating so well the child doesn’t gain weight that can probably be one of the biggest reasons so you should have a check up with your paediatrician and proceed with what they suggest
