Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening.
Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.
Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom....use Babyhug sipper for feeding milk to baby. but breast feeding should be continued till minimum two years as per world health organization. give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
