A. The ideal weight for a child who is 1 year and 4 months old can vary widely, but a typical range is about 22 to 30 pounds (10 to 14 kg). It's essential to consult with a pediatrician for personalized guidance. To help increase a child's weight, consider the following tips: 1. **Nutritious Foods**: Offer a variety of healthy, calorie-dense foods, such as avocados, nut butters, full-fat dairy, and bananas. 2. **Frequent Meals**: Provide smaller, more frequent meals and snacks throughout the day. 3. **Healthy Fats**: Include healthy fats in their diet, like olive oil, cheese, and yogurt. 4. **Protein-Rich Foods**: Incorporate protein sources such as eggs, lean meats, and legumes. 5. **Limit Empty Calories**: While it might be tempting to offer sugary snacks, focus on nutrient-rich options. 6. **Stay Hydrated**: Ensure they drink enough fluids, but limit water intake just before meals to avoid filling up on liquids.

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts , dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve your child with healthy homemade foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating.
