Q.

my baby girl has put on weight 900 to 1000 GM's per month for first 3 months. now in 4th month,she put only 400gms... what is ideal weight growth after 3rd month? she is now 4 months old.

A. Dear parent, ideally baby should gain at least 500 grams per month during the first 6 months and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier. Your baby’s weight gain has been much better, so don’t worry.

A. her birth weight was 3.4kg, after 4th month it's 6.55 kg
