my baby girl has patch patches under her eyes and also on upper part of eye lids can i apply neem oil for that white patches

Are you sure about what is the reason behind it in the first place because you need to be very sure about it if you’re sure about it and you feel it is going to help then you go for it otherwise I would suggest you to one cross check with your doctor for sure
