my baby girl has fever since morning with no other symptoms.. yesterday nit i gave her paracetamol and cefixime syrup..she felt better but now again fever rises to 100.5..shld i give her paracetamol again now or in the morning?? pls help me..im nervous

A. if the baby is having fever it is sufficient to give only paracetamol to the baby there is no need to give any antibiotics and less there is secondary infection .
