my baby (. girl) has constipation problem when doing potty she is crying and motion is too tight and when she doing it force fully then motion comes with blood pls advice me

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. hi j give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

Also Give prune juice or just dried prune to chew upon...also chk if u r using formula milk or cerelac...they generally causes constipation....if u cant give her prune juice than soak some munnaqa without seeds in milk for 2 hrs..boil that milk and on cooling to room temperature give it to ur lo
