Q.

my baby girl got her dpt vaccine ... she is crying continuously from last 4hrs... not able to move her leg... given her combiflame liquid 4ml... is that OK to give combiflame ... plz need quick suggestion.. thx in advance

A. Sir already given pcm at 6pm... but then also she was crying whole time... then brought combiflame syrup... waited for 6hrs and. ow at 10 given her 4ml dose.. is that safe

A. if the child has been vaccinated with DPT vaccine it may cause pain fever and swelling and the swelling maybe there and pain will cause irritation and you can give Paracetamol and can be repeated every 6 hours

A. Hello maam You should be giving paracetamol to your child because it really helps a lot in subsiding the Pain and fever at the same time .. Just keep an ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been given so it will settle down the pain and swelling eventually with time
