Q.

my baby girl doesn't like to have pulses she wants to eat solid food as parantha thickened Dalila halwa etc I give her paneer also 5 to 10 gm. twice a week . the problem is she takes very less quantity . for example parantha size is equals as our 1 bite. what should I do to improve her appetite.

A. Hello mom try to make the food in more attractive way such as instead of give dals separately you can try by mixing it with the dough to make some dal paranthas small size and cut into pieces of shapes next if dal can also be mixed with rice to make like a kichidi same can be done with vegetable in purée form as well
