Q.

my baby girl celebrating now 13 month birthday... still not erupt teeth.. to her elder brother teeth erupted 13 month ..can I consult to dentist or should I wait??

A. You can wait till the age of 18 months. Massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give teethers to chew on. Some kids get their teeth a little late and there is nothing to worry about.

A. Kids with no teeth by the age of 18 months should be taken to see a dentist, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Four to 15 months of age is the normal range for the appearance of the first tooth, and the other teeth usually follow in a regular schedule.
