My baby girl birth weight was 3kg now she is 4month 19 days old & her weight 6.20kg is she gaining proper weight ??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Your child has gained more than double the birth weight in very small span of time that means your child is getting a very healthy maintain a minimum game should be somewhere around 400 g to half a KG it is more than that an amount which is extremely good
