Q.

My baby girl birth weight is 3.2 kg. Initial in the first month, she struggled to gain weight. From second month onwards she started gaining weight and now she is 5.1 kg. Is it normal ?? How much she has to be in 4 months

A. Hello dear parent! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400gms to 500gms in a month. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles it’s birth weight by 6 months completion. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
