Q.

my baby(girl) birth weight is 2.9 kg and in 3rd month my baby weight is 4.5.. is this correct weight?

A. Hello mom monthly weight gain is expected to almost gain in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

A. Yes this is normal,In the first 5 months of life, your baby will about double their birth weight. By the time they're 1 year old, most babies triple their birth weight. But just like adults, babies come in all sizes and body types. Some babies gain a lot of weight quickly.
