my baby girl and baby boy both are totally depend on cow milk they did not eat dry fruits and fruits sometimes they are taking their food lunch and dinner

A. So given the form of milkshakes and smoothies to the child which is what is going to be healthy as this way you will be able to combine proper fruits in the milk that you are giving to the child and this child will have some fruits also which your child is missing out on
