A. आपको डॉक्टर से मिलना पड़ेगा क्योंकि बिना डॉक्टर से मिले तकलीफ के बारे में ठीक से पता नहीं चलेगा क्योंकि ऐसी तकलीफोंf के लिए पूरे शरीर का एग्जामिनेशन करना पड़ता है। दवा भी डॉक्टर से मिलने के बाद ही दी जा सकती है। डॉक्टर बताएंगेf कि आगे की ट्रीटमेंट पद्धति कैसी होगी।
