my baby girl 5 year and 8mnth yesterday she feels some itchy red small pimple on tummy area which medicine is use and lotion for smoothness

Without a picture difficult to understand what is the problem like and what situation it is so currently if you want you can apply coconut oil this would be helpful but you have to get examined by the doctor or share a picture when you ask the question
