my baby girl 3.8 yr old ... she had fever from last 2 days... now her fever is cured but small bump type rashes are occurred in face...what is this and what to do?

A. Atogla cream if you want you can use currently it could be due to heat in the body because of the fever plus the medicine that you give sometimes can also lead to this kind of issues so this is going to be a good cream for you to use
