My baby girl 19 month tends to have cycle of upset stomach after every 3-4 weeks? Is it normal as part of teething or i need to be worried

Teething Can lead to diarrhoea for sure most of the times when a child is having its teeth but that this is a really does not be that your child will have upset stomach because of that probably there is some other reason behind the upset stomach of your child so you may go ahead with a detailed investigation to figure that out
