my baby getting more sweat on head and hairs are totally getting wet.it is normal or any problem?

A. mam it is absolutely ok and it can be due to teething in the baby. please massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth for easy teething. also give homeopathic medicine bc21 to the baby. if baby arm pit temperature is more than 100 then it is fever.
