Q.

My baby getting fever ( body temperature increases and decrease) during night times from yesterday ..she is active remaining day what is the reason

A. Hello, your baby girl is 22 months old and her body temperature is waxing and weaning so don’t worry if it remains below 100 degrees otherwise consult with your paediatrician

A. Kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of pparacetamol medicine you are having. Whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever Do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

A. Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please keep your child properly hydrated with more liquid diet
