my baby getting blood in stool is it normal or what?

A. blood in the school indicates infectionPlease give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
