My baby get more cranky before sleep long even she doesn’t drink milk she only sucking own thumb

A. Hello good morning !! Check if the baby is having any insufficient feed or teething which causes crankiness . Check if the baby is gaining weight ,if not gaining weight then introduce bottle feed or improve mother's milk by having lactating foods. This helps in reducing crankiness and reduces keeping the thumb,sucking fingers. Use teethers or soothers if the baby is in teething stage.
