My baby frequently wakes in the night & sleeps over breast while feeding. I hv already started solids n give him moong dal khichdi at around 8 o'clock n then breast milk at around 10 o'clock.

A. Hi parent Start with the small quantity of it. soups and probiotics should be given soups like tomato , moong , drumsticks eyc are good probiotics like curd buttermilk erc are also good
