my baby five month old she having continuous drainage when she awake in her eyes from first month onwards what to do.it's anything to worry

sometimes babies tear ducts are closed due to which it may cause watery Eyes.
just gently massage baby eye corner at nose side with clean finger and wipe with clean cotton cloth or very soft tissue.. if this continuous do visit your pediatrician for further guidance and maintain hygiene
