My baby fell down just hour ago what can I do to check whether the baby is safe

A. If your child has fallen down and your child is two months old and I’m quite certain your child may have got hurt because they’re very sensitive and fragile in this age you should actually visit your doctor to get it check with your doctor for better clarity
