my baby fall from bed today morning..there is no sign of injury except right side of upper lip which is swollen..what should I do now..plzz answer

A. should go for an examination of baby falls are quite common in babies . Watch for any signs like vomitting / bleeding from nose or ear and head / any un -  consciousness / inconsolable cry for next 24 - 48 hours in baby . Should consult a doctor soon .
