Q.

my baby fall from bed..I tried to catch her but she slipped..after falling she crying for 5min then back to normal..after that she is ok and her activity is completely normal..is there any worry..???

A. no after falling there is no swelling..what does that mean..??is everything ok..??if internal injury happens then what's the sign..??

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol.
