Q.
My baby fall down 1st time from swing and 2nd time from bed, hurting front side of the head at same area with in 2 week time. Bump and swelling observed. Is there any major issue. 1st time consulted doctor, cured without any issue, 2nd time same area he got injured. Bump observed at forehead (upperside of right side of eye). please suggest for treatment.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. HEAD INJURY -It is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger science like severe headache or excessive crying or6 excessive vomiting abnormal movements lethargy
Kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. For pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head
