A. Hello! Give your child dal, Chawal, Roti and Sabzi regularly. Keep changing the menu as per the season. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced.
