PallaviMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...some doctors start kids semi solids soon like my pediatrician started at 4.5 months with three spoon of rice n daal water every third day ..n slowly increased..so u have to start really slow...At 6 months Start with offering daal and rice water first then increasing the diet to mashed foods that are easily digested which may include....
vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, lauki) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana, Avocados)well cooked rice or iron enriched rice cereal.
coarsely mashed fruit and vegetables ...
