Q.
my baby eats well but still not gaining weight. I am giving him all the prescribed iron and mineral supplements but still no improvement shown. please suggest me the solution

Then you should go for further testing for your child maybe you’ll come to know what is the situation if the supplement that you are giving or not helping because usually it is associated with nutritional deficiency constipation and sometimes due to indigestion issues so you can go for further check up
