my baby eats roti only without any sabji is it healthy?

A. dear parent, just eating roti without any subji, dal or curd is not healthy for your baby. roti alone will not provide the required nutrition. you need to include vegetables as well or give them separately.

A. veggies are important for baby.. try developing the fooding interest have meal together. add creativity and colour to serves.. you can give dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha to baby..
