my baby each and every feed after she had green poop it's natural?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be dhue to less feeding or fotrmula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
