My baby drink only 3 month of mother mik. After 2 year for every 15 days she had a fever, cough, cold. She have low immunity. How to increase immunity power

A. for good immunity you should give a balanced diet to the baby give a green leafy vegetable and fruits and also good protein that will help in the good immunity only
