Mam WHO standard is just a standard that you have to follow if the weight is little lower or higher than that also so that does not mean there’s anything wrong so don’t worry about it I don’t know what was the birth what is the current weight because you have not given any details every month that’s the best way and if not then you can start giving formula to the child it’s not a big thing so don’t worry
