A. Teaching a baby to chew food is a gradual process that involves introducing age-appropriate textures and sizes. Start with soft, mashed foods and gradually increase the texture as your baby gets more comfortable. Model chewing motions, offer finger foods, and supervise closely to ensure safety. Gradually introduce foods with more texture as your baby develops their chewing skills. Always prioritize safety and supervise closely during meals.
