my baby doesn't speak he only say mama dada na ha .. he understands what I say but not speaking..is this speech delay ?

A. No this is nt speech delay baby hs strted with basic words as papa dada mumma keep encouraging the baby.. break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you.. let the baby mingle same age grps...
