U Try to give more of home-cooked food to the child when you can start giving Dal rice water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup all kind of Suji items which you can make in semi-liquid consistency like Upma Kheer sera whatever and quinoa oats and ragi can also be introduced to the child from the very early age itself but make sure with semisolid food you always are giving good amount of water and also add spices to the food from the very beginning itself apart from Chile whatever is required you can use chilli should be introduced after the age of 8 to 9 months only
