Q.

my baby doesn't gaining weight , even after i am eating more eggs , dairy products , lentils in my diet.how can i increase my baby's weight

A. dear your food intake does not affect baby weight baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less frequently feed baby every 2 hours , have frequent skin to skin contact, at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain ensure that baby latches properly during breastfeeding.
