My baby doesn't gain weight ..this time she is only 7.5 kg..

Are you can’t take an advice from of nutrition Ye Sandesh there could be 1% chance that your child could be having deficiencies which is why your child is not able to gain proper weight and the child is about about 2 1/2 KG is underweight currently so that is definitely a matter of concern.
