my baby doesn't gain properly, birth wt 3.8kg as 4m old she s just 5kg, also hair fall problem s der for her is tis ok and common?

According to babies birth weight, babies weight is totally fine. So you should definitely not worry about it at all. It should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby turned six months. And it is not sufficient than you should start giving formula milk.
